About the Author

Amit Kumar Pandey has completed his Ph.D in the area of microelectronics and VLSI from MNNIT Allahabad. He did his M.Tech from NIT Allahabad and B.E in Electronics Engineering from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University Nanded. He is associated with Rajkiya Engineering College Ambedkar Nagar from last 4 years as Assistant Professor with total 12 years teaching experience. He has published more than 30 research papers in refereed Springer, Wiley, Emerald etc and conferences. He has also published 3 patents. His area of expertise includes microelectronics device modeling and characterization, low power VLSI circuit design, VLSI design of testing.Sanjeevikumar Padmanaban, PhD is working as a Full Professor in Electrical Power Engineering with Department of Electrical Engineering, IT and Cybernetics, University of South-Eastern Norway. He has authored 600 plus scientific papers and is a fellow the Institution of Engineering and Technology (UK).Suman Lata Tripathi has completed her Ph.D. in the area of microelectronics and VLSI from MNNIT, Allahabad. She has completed her post doc from Nottingham Trent University, UK in year 2023. She is associated with Lovely Professional University as a Professor with more than 22 years of experience in academics. She has published more than 125 research papers She has received the "Research Excellence Award" in 2019 and "Research Appreciation Award" in 2020, 2021 & 2023 at Lovely Professional University, India. Her area of expertise includes microelectronics device modeling and characterization, low power VLSI circuit design, VLSI design of testing, and advance FET design for IoT, Embedded System Design and biomedical applications etc.Vivek Patel is currently working as assistant professor in Department of Electrical Engineering, faculty of Engineering & Technology, Dr. Shakuntala Mishra National Rehabilitation University Lucknow, India. He was graduated from Ideal Institute of Technology, Ghaziabad, India and completed his post- graduation with hons. Degree in Power System Engineering specialization in the Department of Electrical Engineering from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, India. He has authored numerous SCIE, Scopus and pear reviewed research papers in refereed IEEE, Springer, Elesevier etc. and Conference Proceeding. He has also granted 2 international patent. He had received the best paper award at NPSC. His area of research is Power System & Control.Vikas Patel has pursued his Ph.D. in Renewable energy from MMMUT, Gorakhpur. He was graduated from Ideal Institute of Technology, Ghaziabad, India and completed his post- graduation with hons. degree in Power Electronics and Drives specialization in the Department of Electrical Engineering from Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur, India.
