Tax Exempt Orders and Accounts

If you are part of an organization with tax-exempt status, you can include this information in your customer account.
To edit your account to include tax-exempt status, please do the following:

  • Log into your customer account.
  • Select Edit Details.
  • Scroll down until you see the Tax Exempt bar.  Open the drop-down menu by clicking the arrow to the left of the "Tax Exempt" text.  
  • In the drop-down menu, input your tax-exempt number and upload a copy of your tax-exempt supporting document

Your tax-exempt request will be processed within 2 business days.  Once approved, you will be treated as tax-exempt for all orders created while logged into that account.
