Former scholar at the Max Planck Institut für ausländisches und internationales Privatrecht (Hamburg). Former chair of the Argentine-German Law Society and the International Nuclear Law Association. Published books, chapters and papers and delivered lectures in several countries. He has been appointed to Committees to draft a Unified Civil and Commercial Code, a Code of Private International Law and the General Company Law.
