Bulk Sales
Tiered discounting for bulk sales of MIT Press titles begins at 20 copies. If your organization or department wishes to make a bulk purchase, please contact books@mit.edu and include the phrase “bulk purchase” in your subject line. For expedient processing, please include the following information in your order request:
-Book title(s), author(s), and ISBN(s) -Name of the organization or individual placing the order -Need-by date* -Whether the order will be picked up in store, delivered within the Kendall Square/MIT area, or shipped (domestic shipping only).
Prepayment may be required for bulk sales. Depending on the nature of the sale, the books may be nonreturnable.
*We ask for a minimum of two weeks from receipt of your bulk order for processing and delivery of the books to the MIT Press Bookstore. Additional time may be needed to ship or deliver your books. We do not guarantee same-day placement of orders received after 1pm. Orders will not be placed on weekends or holidays.
Discounts
Employees of the MIT Press receive a discount of 50% off all regular-priced MIT Press publications in store and online, and a discount of 40% off all regular-priced publications from other publishers in store and online.
Members of the MIT community, including current faculty, staff, students, and alumni are always eligible for 10% off MIT Press books (print only).
Events
